Attorney Erhan Özkan's journey in law began at Yeditepe University. Starting his education in the Department of Business Administration in 2011, Özkan quickly drew attention with his interest in the commercial world and his analytical thinking skills. Drawn to the allure of law, Özkan transferred to the Faculty of Law in 2012, once again proving his academic talent. After graduating from law school in 2016, he moved to London with the goal of specializing in international law.

Özkan continued his academic pursuits at the prestigious University of Westminster in London, pursuing a master's degree in International Trade Law. He successfully completed his studies and graduated with honors in 2018. His master's thesis, titled "Party Obligations in FOB and CIF Incoterms, Innovations Brought by the 2010 INCOTERMS and Their Adoption, Interpretation in Turkish Commercial Law and Comparison with English Law," addressed a current and important topic. This thesis made a valuable contribution to the field of international trade law and was published in various journals and sources, garnering appreciation in academic circles.

After returning to Turkey, Özkan completed his internship at one of Istanbul's most reputable law firms and decided to put his knowledge and experience into practice at his own law firm. In 2019, as a visionary entrepreneur, he founded Özkan Legal | Özkan Law Office and began providing legal consultancy and litigation services to a wide portfolio of clients. Specializing in enforcement law, labor law, and corporate law, Özkan also utilizes his knowledge of international trade law to offer comprehensive services to his clients.
