Hakan Özkan

With extensive expertise and vast experience in various fields of law, Attorney Hakan Özkan has been serving as the managing partner of Özkan Legal | Özkan Ataşehir Law Office since 2021. Registered with the Istanbul Bar Association, Hakan Özkan provides legal consultancy and litigation services to his clients in various areas, including labor law, criminal law, real estate law, family law, finance law, and immigration law.

Hakan Özkan laid the academic foundation for his legal career at Yeditepe University Faculty of Law, graduating successfully in 2019. In addition to his passion for law, Özkan also has an interest in the business world. To receive a well-rounded education, he also studied at Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration, graduating in 2022. By combining his knowledge of law and business, he aims to provide more comprehensive and effective legal services to his clients.

Continuing his academic pursuits, Özkan completed a master's program with a thesis at Yeditepe University Institute of Social Sciences. His master's thesis, titled "Occupational Accidents and Employer's Liability in Turkish Labor Law," presents an in-depth examination of this field. This thesis work has strengthened Özkan's expertise in labor law and broadened his academic perspective.

Özkan began his professional career by interning at leading law firms in Istanbul and joined the Özkan Legal | Özkan Ataşehir Law Office team as a managing partner in 2021.
