With nearly 40 years of experience, Özkan has served as CFO, finance director, and senior executive in leading national and international companies in Turkey and around the world, particularly in the mining, industrial minerals, energy, and healthcare sectors. He possesses comprehensive expertise in financial management, reporting, controlling, budgeting, tax planning, risk management, internal audit, foreign trade and customs procedures, administrative affairs and human resources, insurance, and management of legal departments in companies.

Throughout his professional career, Sabri Özkan has taken on leadership roles in various companies operating in different sectors, focusing on the optimization of financial processes, restructuring projects, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and decision-making processes. He has in-depth knowledge and experience in the implementation of financial reporting standards for international companies' Turkish operations (IFRS), transfer pricing, tax optimization, cash flow management, cost accounting, and risk management.

With a proven track record of improving companies' financial performance, increasing efficiency, and achieving sustainable growth, Özkan also stands out with his strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and communication skills. A graduate of Anadolu University Faculty of Economics, Özkan has built a reputable career in finance by combining his academic knowledge with practical experience. Holding Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Independent Auditor certifications, he is a reliable and competent advisor on financial matters. He is also authorized as an Expert Witness and Bankruptcy Commissioner. In this capacity, he can serve as an expert witness in legal proceedings where expert opinion is needed on financial matters, analyze the financial status of companies, and provide reports.
